She is such a strong character in this film, but she is really relatable and it is very easy to root for her as she goes through a gripping journey. Armie Hammer plays her husband in this role and this is easily the best I have ever seen him, he is utterly charming and I really enjoyed seeing their chemistry together. He doesn't overshadow Jones and does a really good job in being her partner in crime. Everybody else does a great job in their roles and really help build the tension to the situation as the film progresses. The story has a great underdog story as you see Jones fight the system, also it builds to an amazing final confrontation that makes it all worth it. But I feel like this film gets dragged down a bit by a bit too much going on in it, there are some sub stories that I felt took away a bit from the focus of the film. The script has some great dramatic dialogue but with some well done humour involved, however, with this film involving the law there are some law jargon used. This can be a bit hard to follow at times and I didn't feel like this film always made it easy to understand the legal dialogue going on. The style of the film is great, I was worried that this film was going to come across as a big feminist film, but it really doesn't it treats the subject matter very maturely and it comes across very powerful. Overall this is a great interesting story that shows why recently biopics have been so interesting to watch.
